There was a good little bit of negotiating that April was a part of, and we very nearly were outbid by out-of-state purchasers. In the end we got the house and April has stayed in contact since, checking up on things. I do know the real estate profession and April is definitely a five-star agent. She made videos for me and sent me technical information on properties. April did everything I asked of her and I am very grateful, and quite easily can recommend her.
