I had such a fantastic first experience working with April Jeong-Callies when we went to sell our lakeside property that I recently went to her for help with the purchase of an investment property. We engaged April Jeong-Callies as our broker to sell our condo on Bainbridge Island. The transaction could not have gone better. We relied on April’s advice throughout the process, starting with some inexpensive last-minute buffing we had not thought of before her suggestions. She arranged for staging, baked cookies for the open house—which made the place smell great--and took care of every detail. Even though this market can be challenging, we ended the first week with multiple offers and signed a deal at our full asking price 7 days after the listing went live. We had been nervous, as another condo that was the same size and 10 years newer than ours, which was only a block away, went on sale almost the same day as ours. We notice that condo has not yet sold, and over a month has gone by!
